Since July, 2007, KLPS Group Limited was successfully granted ISO 9001:2000 Property and Facility Management Service certificate. ISO10002:2004

KLPS Group always respects our customers’ needs, we trustfully believe customer is one fo the most important asset of our company. KLPS Group, therefore, specially implements complaints handling system to improve the loyalty of customers and their confidence to KLPS Group. Complaints handling system encourages to accomplish standardized regulations as well as to provide polite and pleasant servicing to deal with customers’ complaints. Companies having effective and efficient complaints handling system can surely promotion the professional image, goodwill and reputation. In September 2006, KLPS Group successfully obtain ISO 10002:2004 for luxurious property - Beijing Chateau Regalia and certified by DNV.
 
ISO14001:2004

In recent years, environment protection is widely supported in every countries, Being one of the largest property service group in Greater China, KLPS Group also focuses and supports, hence KLPS Group continuously implements different environmental issues. For example, swage treatment, energy saving, environmental office, noise control, planting etc. Starting from June 2005, KLPS Group has been awarded ISO 14001:2004 on property & facility management service, such certificate can prove KLPS Group reaching international environmental protection standard.
 
OHSAS 18001:1999

Personal safety of employees and customers is indefinitely also our top concern besides outstanding service. In August 2008, KLPS Group has implemented OHSAS 18001:1999 certification for Occupational Health and Safety of international standards to facility management of office tower, shopping centre, public area and operation service of apartment.
