In mid 80's, KLPS set its milestone by securing the agency and management appointment of two prime developments in Hong Kong, Shun Tak Centre (home of HK-Macau Ferry Terminal) and Convention Plaza (base of the famous HK Convention and Exhibition Centre).
On solid foundation and platform, KLPS embarked its China services in 1988 when appointed the management consultant of Beijing Jing Guang Centre, then the tallest building in China. In 1992, a company was formed in Hong Kong to consolidate the group's professional strength in China business and has since then established strong presence in Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Changchun, Shanghai, Hefei, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Xian, Hunan, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shunde, Huiyang, Shenzhen & Zhongshan.
KLPS is also a pioneer in the professional property management industry in Taiwan when it took up a number of prominent developments in Taipei in the early 90's.
